Net Insight operates in a technically complex industry with a new type of solution for network synchronization. But what does network synchronization really mean? That was exactly what they needed to explain through videos, so they turned to Explainer.
The result was two videos:
- A longer interview-style film about synchronization in telecom.
- A short animated video about Net Insight’s Zyntai solution.
The videos are used across the company’s website, social media, intranet, office reception, and at trade shows.

For Christoffer, it was reassuring to work with Explainer:

Christoffer says he was curious about how the animated film would turn out, and he is “super satisfied” – not least because the narrative in the film was on a good level:
“Even someone who isn’t an expert in the field can understand the message, and for someone familiar with the topic, it’s still a very good introduction.”
Brand-aligned and long-lasting communication
Christoffer also sees great value in being able to reuse the videos and material from them – for example, creating shorter versions of the interviews and using still images in other sales materials.
The videos have also helped strengthen the company’s visual identity:
